What is Brow Lamination?

Brow lamination involves the perming or straightening of your eyebrow hairs to provide a neater, fuller look. It can also help keep your hairs in place all day. 

Brow lamination isn’t for everyone however, so it’s always best to consult with a member of our professional and fully trained team members to discuss if Brow Lamination is right for you, as this is not a one size fits all treatment. 

How long does Brow Lamination last? 

A Brow Lamination’s lifespan varies more than you might think. Typically lasting three to six weeks, depending on your hair and skin type and how well you take care of them. 

Example: People with Oily skin will experience a shorter lifespan as the natural oils from your skin will break down the product which keeps the hair permed, faster.

How long does the appointment take?

Your appointment can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour. Add a shape and tint for extra perfect eyebrows or just opt for the Lamination by itself.

What will Brow Lamination look like on me? 

Again, The final look will vary, and look different for everyone. However directly after the treatment the brows will look very sleek and have a wet look about them. This ‘wet’ look lasts for 24 hours, and once washed they'll return to fluffy again, or if you like the wet look, you can easily recreate it by applying a brow gel or serum. Or simply just brush your brows with a spoolie brush and they should stay in place all day! 

What is the before/aftercare?

We require all new clients to fill out a consultation form before we perform your treatment to make sure you are able to proceed. However make sure you haven’t had any invasive facial treatments in the past week and arrive to your appointment with makeup free, clean brows. 

After your treatment you must keep your brows dry and refrain from touching them for 24 hours. This means no swimming, sweating, saunas, spas, water directly on your brows, touching, rubbing or application or makeup.
